With a background in MMA, Strength & Conditioning, Self-Defense, and Calisthenics.
I’ve spent years studying the art of physical and mental transformation in order to operate at the highest echelon of the performance.
Now, I want to share that knowledge with you.
I fully support and respect anyone that is willing to go through a physical transformation and level up.

I am here to pass on to you the most important and valuable information about fitness and nutrition that I have acquired in the last 10 years.
I have tremendously improved my quality of life, overall health and my physique mostly through smart food/ drink choices and consistent exercise routine.
I went from 193 cm/110 kg (2015) to 193 cm/75 kg (2019) in about 4 years and since then I have been maintaining my body weight around 72 kg (+/- 3 kg) → so basicallyI lost the unwanted body weight and I am keeping it off while having plenty of energy and maintaining the muscle mass I prefer!
At the beginning I was basically a perfect example of what NOT to do, but fortunately enough I started to care about my future and my loved ones and I built myself into someone who thrives on consistency, discipline, exercise routine and optimal caloric intake, which includes healthy, voluminous, low-calorie and delicious meals, that are presented in Fit Entity - the smart guide books I have written for you!
Now the time has finally come, when I can proudly share the joy with all of you about what I have learned and how to help you achieve your own life changing transformation in the best way possible, because I assure you it is definitely worth it!
